Shipping and Delivery Policy

All items are shipped from our warehouse in Athens, Greece. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page.

 

Domestic Shipping (Greece):

All our items are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) of the Hellenic Post Service. Items are dispatched within 1-2 working days and should arrive within 1-3 business days. 

 

International shipping:

Shipments abroad are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) of the Hellenic Post Service. All orders are processed between 1-2 business days and should be expected to arrive within 1-6 business days. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the weight of your order. 

Please note that above delivery times are only estimations. We are not to be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. We can never guarantee a delivery date.

 

Tracking:

Order tracking is only available on international shipments. We will send you your tracking code via email once your order has been shipped.

 

Important information:

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location.

Savage Club is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We can't be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the delivery partner.
